The Beauty Within
As twilight beckons, the light faded into the dark clear sky of the night.Up above, clouds roll to reveal the celestial light. Stars, protected by the clouds, were out of sight. Stolen stories told by the candlelight,only told on a lonely night.She sits there waiting on her dusty,uneven and old chair by the window sill. She waits, waits, waits for her knight in shining armour to come. Her red, languid lips muttering his name, her laughing lines on her forehead had been there for long enough.She waited and waited...
...although she knew her hero would never come.
That, is the beauty deep within...
...The beauty that was immortal and there forever.
